WHAT THIS CAMP IS ABOUT

Over 5 days, kids will:

Build and program two robots (AlphaPi Buggy & AlphaPi Zero – theirs to keep)

Learn how sensors, motors, and simple code work together

Plan and test robot missions and mini-challenges

Work in teams, present their ideas, and compete in a Mini Hackathon

Take home new skills, new friends, and a robotics project they can show proudly

This is more than a “try-it” workshop.

It’s a full journey from idea → prototype →presentation.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Duration: 5 consecutive days

Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with lunch and snack breaks)

Location: School / learning center in the Ayala Alabang area (TBA)

Age Group: Recommended for ages 9–14 (upper primary to early high school)

Language: Classes conducted in English

No prior coding experience is required. A love for building, tinkering, and learning is enough.

WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL LEARN

By the end of the camp, participants will:

Understand basic robotics concepts: sensors, motors, inputs/outputs

Use block-based coding to control their robots

Learn to debug and improve their designs when things don’t work the first time

Practice teamwork, planning, and presenting their projects

Experience the excitement of a hackathon-style challenge

INVESTMENT & DISCOUNTS

Regular Fee: ₱12,000 per child

Includes 5 days of training, 2 take-home robotics kits, workbook, certificate, and Mini Hackathon participation.


Founding Batch Offers: Early Bird Rate: ₱9,900 (for payments made on or before [date] or first X registrants)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Does my child need prior coding experience?

No. The program is designed for beginners. We start with the basics and build up step by step.

2. Do we need to bring a laptop or tablet?

We will inform you in advance if a device is required. Some sessions may use shared devices or school computers.

3. What should my child bring each day?

Comfortable clothes, water bottle, packed lunch/snacks (if the venue does not provide), and lots of curiosity.

4. Can parents watch the Mini Hackathon?

Yes! Parents are invited to watch the final day showcase and celebrate the students’ work.

5. Is this a one-time camp or will there be follow-up courses?

Graduates will be prioritized for future advanced robotics, coding, and STEM programs under Seels’ Speak & Code and Digital Montessori pathways.
